Holiday periods are normally 7, 14 days or longer, at certain times of the year we have short breaks which are for 3 or 4 days. The starting date for holidays for 7, and 14 days is normally Friday. Starting days for 3 day short breaks is either Friday or Saturday. Starting days for 4 day short breaks can be either Friday, Saturday, or Monday. Please make sure that you have read and agreed our terms and conditions for rental of our holiday home. Note the prices shown are for the property and not per person.
Short breaks.
Short breaks can be booked anytime in advance except for the arrival periods: Easter, May Bank Holidays, the Friday prior to the last full week in July to the Saturday after August Bank Holiday, October half term and Christmas and New Year for which short breaks may only be booked 28 days in advance.

Any consecutive weeks booked are subject to a discount of 10% on the second week. Taking effect from January 2008, the cost of using the on-site leisure facilities will be automatically included in the tariff.
